With three workout assignments per week, this may be a stand-alone fitness template or balance accessory for those who may not have the time or resources to participate in group exercise or have a gym membership.  Whether you’re a home-building parent or work from your home office, your skills in self management allow you to exercise in your own comfortable space and we will help to support this structure with very little equipment. Weekly prompts will also encourage you to evaluate your lifestyle and perceptions about strength and fitness.

This template is for persons who primarily train in a grappling practice or martial art, whether competitively or hobby. With three workout assignments per week, this is an accessory to regular training and sessions are designed to remedy the imbalances that can arise from this style of training. There will be an emphasis on balancing upper back strength, shoulder and neck mobility, extensor strength, rotation and postural exercises. Grappling athletes who follow this template will also learn to better manage the stress states that are naturally associated with combat and self-defense training.

Anxiety (to Freedom)
Does anxiety have a grip on you? This template is for you. Though physical exercise has been proven to be a healthy habit for those that struggle with anxiety, special attention to breath awareness and postural practice are the most important factors to translating fitness to emotional freedom. With four workout assignments per week, you will learn the essential tools to stress management and gaining control of the physiological and mental stress that anxiety induces. Weekly prompts will also encourage you to discover the tools you need to identify anxiety as something separate from yourself and visualize the personal process for your freedom.

This template is for person whose primary exercise or sport is in long-distance cycling. With three session assignments per week, this template is designed to compliment your regular training or routine with short sessions in the gym to remedy the imbalances and immobilities common to the cyclist. This training will focus on postural exercise to increase core strength and decrease tension or pain in the low back, as well as to increase upper body mobility. You will also learn practices in breath awareness to increase your endurance for many miles to come!

This template is for person whose primary method of training is according to CrossFit methodology, especially athletes or aspiring competitors. This template provides three training sessions per week that should be considered accessory and anciliary to your regular training. With attention to shoulder health and balance in varied planes of movement, this template will help prevent common injuries seen in the sport. You will also learn to better manage stress states and practice mindset control for the competition floor through breath awareness. These methods have been tested and proven by Games athletes!

Although your event may be passed, the physical memory of an event can leave you with subconscious triggers that have manifested in specific responses including anxiety, depression and even low back or shoulder pain. Sexual assault leaves victims with a common underlying physical pattern as a response to the trauma of an event. With two workout assignments per week, this template may be followed in conjunction to any current physical routine you follow and will help you to regain a sense of physical control, adopt a mindset of strength and increase your self and circumstancial awareness.
